Dill, Dill Jalapeño, Garlic Dill(new flavor) Habanero Dill(new flavor) Pickled Okra, Savory, Savory Jalapeño, Pickled Garlic (new item) and of course Grandmas Hot Pepper Salad!!!!
Pickles are $7 a jar and Garlic and Hot Pepper Salad is $8 a jar. Shoot us a message if you need anything!!!! Y’all have a great day!

Guess who’s back…… BACK AGAIN 🥒🥒
Hellllooooo family!!! We are sooo excited to say we are BACK!!!! Hillbilly Jay’s is back in business after a very long two year wait!!!!!! We will not have our produce right now, but our Pickles and canned items will be back and ready for our customers!!!
Man we have missed you guys so much!!!! We have been through some rough things these past two years that hindered us from getting back to normal, incase some of you all don’t know, I (Brooke) lost my mom this past September after a year long declining battle with cancer. She was our #1 supporter and we had to focus on that.
But we are finally back to the grind!!! We can’t wait to see you all again and we will keep you all updated as pickles and other products are ready…❤️❤️

When you sit back and think how did we get here.... it’s funny how the first thought is “ it just kind of happened”. A few years ago we decided we wanted to have a garden for family. Well.. that year the rain went crazy and our garden just bloomed beyond belief. We were getting so much produce that we didn’t know what we were going to do with it all. Then one day we started thinking I bet others would love to buy local grown produce knowing that you could look in our back yard and know for a fact this was as fresh as you could get produce! So after a few sales we realized people kept coming back for more and then it hit us that we could really build a local business here with our produce.
Now..... Pickles, I know that’s probably what everyone wants to really know about, and I can bet the story will surprise you..HA! Well in the midst of all that extra produce that year we were getting so many pickling cucumbers we just didn’t know what to do, so Jason had a bright idea and said “ I think I am going to try and make pickles and see what happens”. Yes... Hillbilly Jay said TRY and make pickles haha! But who knew what he was keeping a secret was going to turn into an amazing product that has blessed us tremendously! Once those pickles were made we realized that along with the produce we could sell our pickles to the millions of pickle lovers in the world! We are so blessed to be ale to have a product that people rave about and keep coming back for more! We have been lucky enough to serve the Mint Hill, Matthews, Charlotte and even Indian Trail area for going on two years now and it is such a wonderful thing for us! We have even been fortunate enough to have our pickles make it to 6 different sates!!
Hillbilly Jay’s knows what without our customers none of this would be possible and we want you to know that we are so grateful for you!! Our customers are so amazing and honestly most of them have become like a family, and we couldn’t be happier!
