- Greeting guest and creating their order
- Using an iPad based POS system, basic math skills required
- Crafting Snowballs, Cotton Candy, and Carmel Corn
- Restocking and keep inventory to par

Here at Tony Larue's New Orleans style snowballs we inspire everyday to be Mardi Gras Day! I mean who doesn't love a little party in their day? We are looking for a Manager to help with the following:

*Training New Employees on how to properly make new orleans style snowballs, kettle corn popcorn and cotton candy.

*Help with sysco truck and coca cola ordering.

*Maintaining a clean work environment.

*Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond the guest expectations.

*Bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. to perform duties like stocking, making sugar water, refilling ice etc.
