Being invited once again to serve as a judge at the LIOOC was both an inspiring and rewarding experience.
It was a valuable opportunity to meet, exchange views, and share experiences with fellow international judges and olive oil experts, all united by the same passion for quality, extra virgin olive oil culture, and excellence in production.
I had the privilege of tasting olive oils from all over the world, discovering different territories, cultivars, and unique interpretations of an extraordinary product that continues to express tradition, innovation, and identity.
My sincere thanks to George and Konstantina Kouvelis for the impeccable organization of the event and for once again selecting me as a judge for this important international competition.
An experience that enriches me not only professionally, but personally as well.
