Thinking back to when I first started selling gourmet cupcakes and custom cakes in 2010 right after having my second daughter and recalibrating my new role as a stay at home mom. It mind blowing how an obsession with watching Cupcake wars in 2009-2010 would Manifest itself into what has Evolved into Motasteekakes.
One thing I can pride myself on self on is CONSISTENCY!! Consistency providing a superior product that has been keeping this business going for over 16 years.
It’s not always about “going viral” or having 45 min wait times for my clients/customers.
I’m in it for the long run, a legacy I can pass down to my children, a name and reputation they can be proud of, a community of customers that turn into long term clients and family.
I’m just out here following my dreams and not looking back 🤗.
I have always supported and applauded my other fellow local bakeries because after being in this “cake” game for over a decade I KNOW THERE IS SPACE FOR US ALL to thrive and prosper. I encourage you all to do the same and watch the blessings POUR IN
