This is my utility room, and what you see in the photo is a water treatment and RO system installed after I got the results of my water test.
There are a few options to consider when installing a drinking water filtration system in your home. My favourite is the reverse osmosis (RO) system. Utilizing high pressure, water is forced through a semipermeable membrane that only allows pure water molecules to flow through. The contaminants are left behind, so you’re only drinking clean, healthy water.
The system you see in the photo is from Kinetico Water Systems, and it's a whole-home water treatment system and reverse osmosis drinking water system.

AIM water Treatment is interviewing for the position of Division manager for our Mishawaka, Indiana location. AIM Water Treatment has been in business since 1952, over the years AIM has expanded by consolidating a number of smaller companies into one. AIM has three local offices with a full time office, delivery and field staff. Our field representatives not only test, evaluate and recommend equipment. But are also capable to service and install the equipment. AIM’s philosophy is to serve our customers with the personal touch. In order to accomplish this goal, each field representative has been assigned a specific geographic area to assure that customer service is handled in a timely manner. The company also provides home and business delivery for softener salt and bottled water.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all store employees from office, sales/service, installation, and delivery and ensure professionalism and efficiency
• Keeping up to date on new industry trends and solutions for residential and commercial water treatment needs.
• Field customer complaints and resolve operating issues.
• Position the company to remain competitive in a very crowded market
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory for water treatment equipment, filters and work supplies

Job requirements Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must pass background check & drug screening
• Must have strong skillset of water treatment products, installation, and mechanical understanding or willing to learn
• Strong understanding of water treatment equipment functions
• Great communication skills with clients, coworkers, and managers.
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
• Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position

Pay is based on experience and store sales with room for growth.
