✨ This month’s PKG Employee Spotlight is all about Jessica Denise Mendoza! ✨
 
When asked about her journey with PKG, Jessica shared:
 
“I was given the opportunity to join PKG in April 2018, and what immediately captured my admiration was that PKG is a true scratch kitchen, something that’s becoming more and more rare these days. The hard work and dedication it takes to create clean, fresh, and affordable food is a real hustle, and it truly takes the entire team to make it happen, from the corporate level all the way to our hosts.
 
The motivation and leadership that Big Mike brings to the team is always inspiring and pushes us all to achieve more. I’ve had the privilege of working at multiple locations throughout OC and SD, and I’m currently the General Manager for SA. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of the PKG family!”
 
Jessica’s words perfectly capture the heart of what is all about, teamwork, passion, and pride in what we do every single day. We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership, dedication, and the positive impact she continues to make on our teams and guests.
