Hey y’all! We’re Dale and Dustin – the guys behind STX Brisket. Dale’s from Lubbock, Dustin’s from New York (but got to Texas fast), and we became quick friends over a shared love for BBQ and an even deeper love for the Lord.

STX Brisket was born from backyard cookouts, church gatherings, and a calling we both felt—to serve people with good food and big hearts. We believe God brought us together not just to cook, but to create a space where people can connect, share, and feel like family.
