Meet Miguel! Our talented Head Chef/Owner extraordinaire! Miguel studied culinary arts at Missoula College and pursued a job in his field working at various local restaurants, including the Missoula's infamous ! He is a first-generation Mexican American who decided to use his culinary talent to share his family recipes with the Missoula community!
