🔔🩷ALLOCATION ALERT- Domaine Tempier Rosé

From deep within the clay and limestone soils of Bandol, comes Domaine Tempier. Founded 1834, this iconic house has been instrumental in the study of Bandol terrior and the revival of Mourvèdre within Provence.

Each year we patiently wait to receive a limited number of their impeccable wines. We are happy to announce to you today, that their Rosé has made its way to our shop for the summer!

As of this wasn’t already fantastic news, we are graced this year with an even more special detail: the release of the 2025 vintage officially marks their 50th vintage of this wine. ✨🩷

Unmistakably Tempier, this wine opens with notes of bright citrus, peach, rhubarb, saline and wild thyme. It is herbaceous and jovial in youth and utterly alluring with age.

🍇55% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, 20% Cinsault

Stock is extremely limited, so hurry in to snag yourself a bottle while supplies last! Cheers!

Don’t forget to sign-up for our Blind Pinot Noir Tasting! (Link in bio)

Join us Tuesday, June 16th at Ciao Mambo for another blind tasting. This time, we are exploring the differences between Pinot Noir grown within famous villages within Burgundy and the AVA’s of Willamette Valley.

Where: Ciao Mambo Wine Cellar
541 S. Higgins Ave.

When: Tuesday, June 16th from 5:30-7:30pm

Cost: $75 per person for 6 wines and artisanal pizzas.

Set-up:
- Each wine will be concealed in brown paper bags to eliminate any identifying characteristics.
- Each person gets their own tasting guide for notes and observations.
- At the end of the night the wines will be revealed! For any wines you especially enjoyed, you can place orders that night and receive specialty pricing!

Thankfully, they are all nice people who enjoy sharing their favorite wines - so here is your heads up! 😉

We had such a good time with our last blind tasting that we are going to do it again! This time we are highlighting Pinot Noir & again focusing on the US and France.

Pinot Noir is varietal that favors elegance over power and is highly influenced by the terroir in which its grown. Just how different could one grape taste from place to place? Well you’ll just have to join us and find out. Put your palate to the test and see if you tell the difference between Pinot Noir grown in the iconic vineyards of Burgundy and wine that is coming out of Willamette Valley, the Burgundy of the Pacific Northwest.

What we’ll be tasting:
- 3 Pinot Noirs from Willamette Valley
- 3 Pinot Noirs from Burgundy

Format:
Each wine is poured one at a time from concealed bottles so there are no identifying elements
Each person is given a tasting guide where they can take notes and make observations for each wine
At the end of the evening the wines will be revealed chronologically.
Orders placed the night of the tasting benefit from our special tasting prices.
