This Lemongrass recipe is among my favorites! I had a good fortune of taking cooking classes while visiting Vietnam. The ladies who taught me this recipe are extraordinary chefs, and the original Farm To Market cooks. In Vietnam, just about all the fresh ingredients are coming right out of the garden. There is food being grown on the spaces between the sidewalk and the street, and on every spare patch of land around shops, and houses. Thank you Trinh Diem Vy for sharing your skills and inspiration!
we will be adding a multitude of vegetables to this dish to nourish community this week! Green beans, mushrooms and sweet bells.
