Culligan of Missoula, the industry leader in water treatment, is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver to deliver 50-lb bags of salt, 5-gallon bottled water, and other products to homes and businesses.

📍 Location: 2020 Ernest Ave, Missoula, MT
💵 Pay: Starting at $19/hr + commission (no selling required)
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:
• Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver products
• Load/unload truck daily & follow a set route
• Lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
• Provide friendly customer service & complete delivery paperwork
• Operate equipment such as dollies, forklifts, lift gates, etc.
• Overtime as needed to complete route

• Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently
• Good customer service skills
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and climb in/out of vehicle all day
• Experience preferred, but we will train the right person

Hey, it’s 💧

Today we’re excited to feature our office manager, Donnette! If you’ve ever walked through the front door of our office, chances are she was there to greet you with a smile.

Culligan Q&A:
1. How long have you been with the company? Started in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 2010. Moved here in 2019 — so almost 15 years all together.

2. What does a typical day look like for you? Very busy now! I generate & process daily routes for 5 drivers, answer phones, make service appointments, process payments, enter new accounts, and file.

3. What’s your favorite part of your job? Least favorite? My favorite part is helping my regular walk-in customers that have been coming in on a regular basis. My least favorite is trying to shuffle routes around during vacation times.

4. If you could swap jobs with anyone at Culligan for a day, who would it be and why? Waunda — she has a nice desk and an office with a door that can be shut at any time!

5. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I hate to shop.

6. If you were an animal, what would you be? Cat of course.

7. What song always gets you pumped up for the day? Neil Diamond – “Sweet Caroline”

8. What’s one thing on your bucket list? To see the Denver Nuggets live.

9. If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Ken’s crab/Mac n’ Cheese.

10. When you were a kid, what did you wanna be when you grew up? A Bank Teller.

💧Our Culligan crew has been working overtime this marathon weekend—hauling 5 gallon bottles, prepping the Water Wagon, bottling custom-labeled water for vendors, stocking aid stations all through the night, and even lacing up to run! 💪🏻🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
