Great Burn Brewing is a microbrewery and taproom located on the south-side of Missoula, Montana. For your enjoyment, we brew hand-crafted ales and a hard seltzer on a small batch system (10 Barrel). We brew hop-centric or West Coast style beers that are well balanced and flavorful. Our taproom has a comfortable pub-like atmosphere with a relaxing environment. We offer an amazing variety of craft beers with 11 tap handles and six of these handles dedicated to rotating specialty or seasonal brews.

Happy Friday! BigThaiCountry is back for another evening of Thai food at the brewery. Tonight's special is Yellow Curry.

We have a new flavor of hard seltzer on tap. Check out our watermelon flavor. Very refreshing!

New Food Truck tonight at Great Burn Brewing. We are excited to have Himalayan Rockies serving Indian Cuisine. Tonight's special is one of our all time favorite Indian dishes: Butter Chicken!

Happy Wednesday. A slight change in the food trucks this week. Big Thai is sitting on the beach in Hawaii right now. We have A Taste Of My Roots serving Mexican food w/ a Honduras flare. They will be here tonight and Friday evening.

If you are thinking ahead, we have a food truck for this Thursday. Also new to the Burn is Himalayan Rockies Indian Cuisine. Excited to try some new food trucks at the brewery.

The newest brew on tap is an old favorite. Montana Dreamsicle is back. This is our cream ale aged with vanilla bean and dried orange peel. The results taste similar to a creamsicle except for the adult version.

Montana Dreamsicle is our easy-drinking Cream Ale aged with vanilla beans and dried orange peel, creating that familiar combination of creamy vanilla and bright citrus.

Basically, it tastes like an adult creamsicle bar.

You made it half way through another smoky week. BigThaiCountry is serving food tonight at the brewery. This week's special is Garlic Chicken!

Check out our two latest beers: Microdose Hazy Session IPA and 2025 cherry Bomb. The session IPA is gaining some traction as the hop profile evens out. The Cherry Bomb is close to being kicked. Aged for a year for maximum flavor. Once this keg is gone that's all the Cherry Bomb we had on hand.

🍒 Back on Tap: 2025 Cherry Bomb

We pulled a good one from the cellar. Aged for over a year. Limited amount - 1 keg. This is our seasonal Belgian Strong Ale, brewed with hand-picked Flathead cherries from Robbin Orchard. Traditional Belgian yeast delivers layers of ripe fruit and subtle spice, while cherry purée adds a beautiful ruby color and delicate cherry flavor for a rich, complex ale with a smooth, warming finish.

Fresh on tap today is Microdose Hazy Session IPA.

This easy-drinking 5.4% Session IPA is loaded with Vista, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops, delivering aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, ripe mango, and juicy melon with a crisp white grape finish. Just enough hop character to keep IPA lovers happy while staying refreshing and approachable.

🌶️ Big Thai Country will be serving authentic Thai food from 5:00–8:00 PM, making it the perfect pairing for your evening pint.
