JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Entry Level/ Front Office)
SALARY: Hourly Rate/TBD
REPORTING TO: Management and Supervisors
RESPONSIBLE TO: Office Manager, Patricia Cain
HOURS OF WORK: Full-time, M-F 8:30-5:30pm, 40 hours per week, Overtime must be approved.
SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide administrative support to management and team.
May also be required to undertake other duties as and when required.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Entry- such as inputting customer orders into accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise), Excel spreadsheets, etc.
• Customer Service- including customer sales, resolving and following up on customer complaints, price discrepancies, etc.
• Generate & analyze sales reports
• Attend clients in all their needs: take orders, offer specials and new items, fill out all customer forms, etc.
• Maintain all customer price lists, special pricing, and order forms up to date
• Coordinate logistics & transportation for customer orders
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working of pivot tables
