Hi everyone, So busy! Helping with 4H record books, National Alpaca days, and a show to get ready for in Oct. now canning tomato's, 50 pints yesterday! Maybe it will slow down in Nov. have a great day.

Hi, my Facebook friends, I have not been to a show for a couple of years. I signed up for the show in Des Moines, IA and to my surprise, they are having 2 shows at the same time! WOW! The more I find out about this concept the more I love it. So, not only did I sign up for the American Alpaca Showcase, but also the Illinois Alpaca Show both in Des Moines Iowa the 28 and 29th of October. This is a great way to go to 2 shows and only have 1 stall fees, gas, and hotel, amazing.

This is Desert’s new cria Golden Sass, born 8/08/2017. Sassy is very large female cria, and very intergenic. Which is not appreciated by Desert.
