Did you know unwashed eggs are good for up to a month when kept at room temperature and up to 3 months when kept in the fridge?!

Our eggs at the farm stand are unwashed. We keep them in a cooler to help regulate the temp and add an ice pack when it gets hot outside.

Spring is here and we are back! The stand is officially out for the season and fully stocked with canned goods and eggs. Firewood will be added at a later date. As always this stand is self serve running on the honor system- please pay the box with cash or Venmo -jimmerson. We would gladly take back any egg cartons or glass canning jars to reuse- they can be left in the crate on the stand.
