We were shorted Boudin balls and bacon shrimp jalapeños. Hopefully we can make another order, for Friday, and those will be available.

Beef prices- Tuesday, 3/31, delivery:

Premium ground beef with steak trimmings, 10 # vacuum sealed in box $55

Ground beef 80/20, 10 # tube - $50

Premium Patties vacuum sealed, in box 6oz or 8oz - $60

Chuck roasts are now around $11/ #. I have to order in multiples of 3, but they come individually vacuum sealed so you don’t have to buy 3.
