Dairy Goat Exhibitors the Missouri State Fair is coming up in two months. You have one month from today to get your entries in, all entries must be received by July 8, 2024.
Missouri Youth exhibitors, we will be having a Youth Sanctioned ADGA show at the State Fair for 4H again this year. Please let me know what you’re planning to bring, so that we can try to coordinate enough entries to meet sanctioning numbers. Please let me know if you have any questions.

As I’ve been spending time not trying to do anything to get in trouble around the farm while I’m recovering, I’ve been doing some thinking and want to get thoughts of the group on a
couple of things.

In November, I had posted about doing a spring time buck show in northern Missouri and there was some interest.
Here’s question #1

If there was a one day buck show on Saturday May 11th in Macon or Brookfield, would you attend and support it?
Would you rather see that show as a Doe show?

Question #2

If there was a doe show, in Macon or Brookfield on Monday (Labor Day) September 2nd, would you attend and support it?

We’ve seen that a well respected show has decided to move to the weekend that we’ve used in June, so we’ll be rethinking our 2024 show plans. Please stay tuned. We appreciate each of you.

I’m not sure when Nationals are for 2024, so that may interfere with our show but are there any recommendations that you’d like to share? Anything we should change?
