Alright BBQ friends.... This year for the annual Hog Wild festival in Mobile we are teaming up with the Late Night Buttrubbers to cook in the backyard group. Thanks to Obama this years circuit is going to be more expensive than ever but we just couldn't miss out on all the fun. Come on out and support us all as we support United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile....Mar 9, 2013 at the Gulf State Fairgrounds!!

Boston Butt sale for Jody Foster - she is having her last surgery soon. We sold out of 150 last time and hope to do so again. Butts are $30.00 each and will be ready for pickup on Dec 15 between 8 and 12 at Saraland Assembly on Shelton Beach. Butts are foil wrapped and easy to freeze if you want more than one. I'll have info on where to pick up tickets soon and will post again.

It looks like I / we will be doing another Boston Butt cook for Jody Foster on Dec 15. If you purchased a butt last time in Sep and would like to do so again please be on the look out in the next couple of days for info on where to buy tickets. Last time we sold out of 150. I am not sure how many we will have this time so get your tickets early. Thanks!

Update on the benefit for Jody Chapman Foster - tickets are selling fast. I still have a few left so if you want one please MSG me your info or reply in this new post.

The butts will be cooked and picked up at Saraland Assembly of God on Sep 15. Big thanks to Pastor Derek Draughn for allowing us to use the church facilities to prep and cook.

My BBQ team Cow Chick-A Sow Sow along with plenty of other volunteers will be cooking.

If you are interested in helping us on Fri evening / night or Sat morning please MSG me too. We need some help loading and unloading the butts, wrapping, etc.

So far the response is going through the roof so don't miss out!

What is the one thing we all take for granted? Our health. Jody's health was snatched away at 38 years old. How can she raise her children? When can she get back to the classroom? Where will the next breath of air come from? She needs our help.
