It is hard to put into words what Pat Kerwin meant to our G.F. Buche Co. family. Pat joined our company in July 2021 and, as manager of Buche Foods inside Al’s Oasis, became a trusted leader, a friend and a familiar face to so many. His title was manager, but his greatest impact came from the way he treated people.
Pat was always willing to show up for others. He volunteered his time at food distributions, raised money for causes close to his heart, especially supporting cancer patients, and never hesitated to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. He made people feel welcomed, seen, heard, valued, loved and supported.
That dedication did not go unnoticed. Pat was recognized as Chamberlain/Oacoma Employee of the Year, a well-deserved reflection of the commitment he brought to his work and the respect he earned throughout the community.
His sudden loss is felt throughout Buche Foods, Al’s Oasis and the communities he served. Our hearts remain with Pat’s family, friends, coworkers and everyone who knew and loved him.
We are grateful for the time we had with Pat and the example he left behind. Rest in peace, Pat. You will always be part of our family and will be deeply missed.
