Life update: last August I took a full time job as a planner for Centralina. Since then, the farm has been very hard to keep up with. The reality is that I have just as much to do but 40 hours less a week to do it. We’ve already made a lot of adjustments. As of right now, we don’t have chickens or goats and our plans this year for the garden and flowers are much more condensed.

BUT…this little “farm” is a dream that I refuse to let go of. This season may be hard but I believe one day God will use this for His glory. I believe God gave us this land. For me, it’s always a reminder of His wonderful design and when I’m here in the slow process of planting, w**ding, and harvesting, I feel closer to Him.

So please keep following us for updates on when we have things available at the farm stand. I really appreciate everyone who supports us. Know that when you’re supportive you’re supporting a mama who took her Saturday to w**d and plants seeds all while having her two young kids. Know that when you buy flowers from me it’s supporting a woman who feels most like herself when she’s gardening or making bouquets. Know that youre supporting a person who truly is using every ounce of energy snd free time to keep this dream alive. Thank you all! 💐

Squash, cucumbers, and butternut squash at the stand today. Possibly some bouquets coming this afternoon. Our stand is located at the end of Admil Way and is the honor system. I have Venmo or you can put money in the metal tins!

Would you believe that these are unwashed eggs? Unwashed eggs can still be clean! We work hard to collect our eggs regularly and keep the nest boxes clean for our hens.

What’s the big deal with unwashed eggs? Unwashed eggs have a “bloom” or a protective coating around them that protects the egg after the hen lays it. This protective coating helps to keep the egg fresh longer.

This is why we sell unwashed eggs, to help them stay fresh the longest possible!
