We are officially in the middle of our kitchen remodel, and while I’m SO excited for the beautiful new space that’s coming, it does mean I need to put orders on hold for a little bit.

My main oven is currently part of the remodel situation, and until I have a reliable backup oven in place, I don’t want to take orders that I can’t confidently fulfill.

So for now, orders are temporarily on hold while we get everything put back together. I promise this is only temporary!

I’m hoping to have a backup oven soon and get back to baking as quickly as possible. Thank you SO much for your patience, support, and understanding while we make this exciting (and slightly chaotic ) upgrade.

I made the kiddos some homemade blueberry kolaches! Kolaches are a traditional Czech treat, and my husband’s grandma used to make them, so it was really special getting to try making them myself. ❤️

Made a sourdough pizza last night, I just used the regular sourdough recipe I normally use :

* 250 g active sourdough starter
* 725 g warm water
* 1000 g unbleached flour
* 25 g salt

I’m gonna try just a few tweaks next time and will use my stone, I was in a hurry last night 🤣 practice makes perfect!
