Made a sourdough pizza last night, I just used the regular sourdough recipe I normally use :
* 250 g active sourdough starter
* 725 g warm water
* 1000 g unbleached flour
* 25 g salt
I’m gonna try just a few tweaks next time and will use my stone, I was in a hurry last night 🤣 practice makes perfect!
