Notice that most of our cows are a little shaggy? That’s by design. We raise breeds like these White Galloway whose shorter, stockier frame and longer coats keep them comfortable, warm, and healthy during the chilly Hudson Valley winter 🥶🥶❄️

Believe it or not they often choose to be outside even when they have a barn to get cozy in!
