We got a matching kosher drop in sink which matches their master bathroom as well as a matching Delta faucet. Installed A Kohler highline arc extra tall toilet with a Wudkey 22 inch toilet safety rail for people with mobility needs. We cut the solid surface to fit the new vanity the customer picked out. We had to cut the backsplash down to go under the existing outlet.

Installed a point of use water heater and a stainless steel sink. 3/4 copper for the water feed to the unit and reduced under the sink. pro press fittings for an efficient install.

These Kingston brass faucets look awesome the color has pop ti it. My customer picked them out and I was happy to come install them. I do think I just like the look of brass.

My customer had a 30 gallon water heater from the mid 90s. It was open combustion and the flame shield was missing. We decided to replace it with a new 40 gallon skinny Bradford White. Installed a pan and gas drip leg and as well as double wall venting to mitigate risk of burns. The unit is directly next to the back door. ☎️

Not a huge fan of sharks bites. There is a time and place for them. But up against a wall recessed into the wood of a cabinet is not my favorite place to see them. Got them removed and installed some compression stops.

Automatic water shut off I installed. Retrofit the water main and installed a ball valve below the moen flo just in case. Installed a new T at the top and a new hose bib valve. Ran the power wire into the bark and up the gutter to the outlet in the eve.

My customer had a hot water line leak in the ground. We had a conversation about some options. You decided to jumper line was the most reasonable option for him. It was the hot man so fed the entire house from the water heater to the bathroom of course there to be a pocket door sheer wall manifold really low to the ground made it happen though.

Installed a new Bradford white 50 gallon. The existing unit was 9 years old also a Bradford still working but calcium was causing the recirculating pump some issues. Installed a new Grundfos 3 speed pump. Used vinegar pro press fitting to get it done.

Water pressure issues solved. Eliminating the original galvanized system made the water pressure really good. We did have to clean out some thrower heads and aerators and one shower cartridge. Nice brass stub outs with 1/4 turn angle stops.
