Sometimes the outcomes are amazing. This is the darling Senft family. Cassie came over first to meet the pup and see if he would be a good fit for her family - and fell in love with our little fella!

I love these things…. Bear with me, many of you know my Dad Conrad Greydanus (besides being the best Poultry rep ever) bread Golden Retrievers. Cassie got one of his adult dogs when he started slowing down on the reproduction. She got Goose. She also got a Golden from my sister Robin Fedders Fedders Farm in Sioux Center IA. Well it was now time for a new pup. She messaged me and said, Are you Robins sister, she was my teacher at RC. Yep. That’s me, Robins sister! So now she has a dog from us!

So the older children quickly fell in love, he was a little bit jumpy (puppies, but not too bad) and the little cutie with the curly hair kept running away and he thought she was playing so he kept chasing her. I dare say out of all the littles those 2 will be the closest - I can’t wait to hear that in 4 or 5 years!

I’ve been so blessed, I think I have about 5 now friends that had or have a dog from dad now us. That is such a great memory of my dad!

Well the fun Harper family took about a 2 hour drive down, with all 3 children (and 2 hours home). They did not tell their children where they were going or why. What a SURPRISE when they showed up here and their children were in such a state of curiosity but they heard (Dottie Sioux and Duke who heard a vehicle they did not recognize). The fun began there with our remaining pups and one was chosen! They took our Fettuccine home with them! We heard he has been doing well! Don’t you love a good surprise!

Last week the fun Espinoza family came over and picked out Gnocchi (which I think was our largest pup). I forgot to get a pic until they were rolling out of the driveway (shame on me). Meet the very sweet Hawkes family. As a surprise to their 3 littles they had picked out our last little girl! What a surprise, we heard she made the trip home well and the kitties are in love with her. We know pups love families, but we don’t alienate anyone wanting a pup to love. We know Goldens make phenomenal pets, support animals, and besties!

We hope our little girl brings her fun, sweet joy into the Hawkes family and is just the perfect fit!

We were so honored to be recommended by for her Brother Nick and sweet Sister In Law Brenna! I think they were first pick of the girls and got a spunky little gal - she has some red in her coloring! They named her Ashoka.

Mrs. Damante was one of Vans most favorite teachers! We were blessed that she got a kick out of him too, so it was so cool when she suggested her brother call us for a pup!

Most of our puppies new families come from referrals and we are so incredibly grateful!

Nick and Brenna, we hope Ashoka is a wonderful addition to your family!

Meet the fun loving Brown family! They visited each week on our Sunday play days and had loved on the little girl they had chosen. This family was so easy going and excited to take their new addition home. They named her Maggie (we love that name we know an incredible Maggie, so we thought that was a perfect name). We know that mom Lauren will be spoiling Maggie with the best food in town…

The darling Terpstra family came and picked up their pup! While much debate over water names continue for the littlest boy, they love him, took him home to his half sister Luna (from one of our previous litters) and they are the best of friends! We know this little guy will have fun on the farm and in the water. Congratulations Terpstra Family! Thanks for giving (now) two of our pups their best lives! BTW, I’ve known Brian and his beautiful wife Rebecca (who was working when pick up happened) pretty much forever. We used to all attend church together and those bonds are always good to have! I am grateful!
