The wait is over, the olives are here, the mill is coming to life, and our Corto team is ready for another Fall Harvest!

Today marks the start of Corto's 21st Fall Harvest, and there's a special kind of energy at the mill. Everyone is focused, working together, and ready to put all that preparation into action.

From the moment the olives arrive in the truck to the work happening throughout the mill, every team member has an important role in bringing this season's fresh olive oil to life.

To our Corto team, here's to another Fall Harvest! Thank you for the dedication, care, and pride you bring to what we do. We're excited to see what this season brings!

Fall Harvest is Almost Here!

Before the first olives make their way to the mill, there's something just as important to bring together, our team!

Our seasonal and year-round employees recently came together for Fall Harvest orientation, reconnecting with familiar faces, welcoming teammates, and spending time at the mill and in the olive groves as we prepare for another harvest season.

For many of our employees, this isn't their first Fall Harvest. They return season after season, bringing experience, knowledge, and pride in what they do. Some even go straight from tomato Fresh Pack to olive harvest, bringing their dedication from one harvest to the next!

There's something exciting about seeing everyone come together again, knowing that soon the mill will be busy turning freshly harvested olives into the olive oil Corto is known for.

To our Corto team, we're excited to have you back and grateful for the dedication you bring to every harvest. Here's to another great Fall Harvest together!

There’s something special about getting to share Stanislaus with the people who support us outside of work.

During our Family Tours, employees had the opportunity to bring a family member or friend along for a guided look through the plant. Our guests got to follow the tomato journey from start to finish, experience Fresh Pack up close, and see a little of what we do every day.

But these tours are about more than showing our families where we work. Their support helps us do what we do, especially during Fresh Pack, and giving them a glimpse into something they’re a part of in their own way makes the experience that much more meaningful.

After the tour, everyone gathered in the Cucina for a meal together and a chance to talk about everything they had just seen.

To all the family members and friends who joined us, thank you for supporting our employees and for being part of the Stanislaus story, too. We’re glad we got to share a little piece of our world with you.

Good times and great memories at Celebrating Our Harvest!

There’s something special about seeing everyone together during Celebrating Our Harvest.

For 24 hours, employees across our shifts had a chance to step away from the work for a bit, enjoy some good food and music, and simply have fun together. There were big smiles, plenty of dancing and laughter, pictures with work friends, and a whole lot of good memories being made.

One of our favorite parts of Celebrating Our Harvest is seeing everyone together. Seasonal and year-round employees, supervisors, managers and leadership all sharing the same space, taking pictures, laughing, dancing and celebrating something we all had a hand in.

Fresh Pack takes a tremendous amount of dedication, and every role matters. No matter where you work or what part you play, each person contributes to what we accomplish together during harvest.

Celebrating Our Harvest is about celebrating all of you. Thank you for the dedication, energy and pride you bring to Stanislaus. We hope you had a chance to relax, have some fun with your team, and enjoy a celebration that was all about YOU!

Next Stop: The Can!

During Fresh Pack, our tomatoes go on quite the journey through the plant. We’ve shared a few stops along the way, and now we’re following them to our Filler Seamers.

This is where our tomatoes make their way into the can. Across our Filler Seamers, team members keep an eye on proper fill levels as cans move through this part of the process before they are closed and continue on to their next stop.

When you work in one area of the plant, you don't always get to see every step our tomatoes take along the way. From the field to sorting and now into the can, each stop has a team of people helping move Fresh Pack forward.

These are just a few of the many team members working at our Filler Seamers this Fresh Pack. Thank you to everyone behind this step of the journey!

Meet Jason and Jovanny!

These brothers have been part of our Sanitation team for the past two years and currently work together at the blending station.

When their supervisor shared their story with us, one thing stood out: when something needs to be done, Jason and Jovanny are always willing to jump in and help. They’ve become teammates their department can count on, bringing that same dedication to their work day after day.

Jason and Jovanny are a great example of something we see throughout Stanislaus. Dedication doesn’t always come with a big moment. Sometimes it’s simply being there for your team, lending a hand when it’s needed, and doing your part to keep things moving.

Jason and Jovanny, thank you for the dedication you bring to our Sanitation team and for being teammates others can count on. We’re glad to have you as part of Stanislaus!

Mexican Independence Day is always a special day at Stanislaus. Year after year, our team fills the plant with red, white, and green as employees proudly celebrate their Mexican heritage and share in a tradition that has become part of Stanislaus, too.

From jerseys and traditional clothing to flags and colorful decorations throughout the plant, our team always finds their own way to represent and join in the celebration. It’s a day people look forward to, and you can feel that excitement as you make your way around the plant.

Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make today another fun Mexican Independence Day at Stanislaus.

Harvest season is almost here, and Corto Olive is hiring Seasonal Team Members to support our Fall Harvest operations.

It’s a great opportunity to join the Corto team, gain experience you can add to your resume, and earn additional income during the harvest season.
