Hardy Family Farm We are a certified organic dairy farm in Mohawk, NY. We are also the home to Arabeth Farm offering local beef, pork and lamb from our farm to your table!

Arabeth Farm is an extension of Hardy Family Farm. We are a NOFA-NY (Northeast Organic Farming Association) certified organic farm offering beef, pork, and lamb. Our animals are raised out on lush pastures and fed only certified organic feed. Our farm promotes and maintains healthy soil, healthy grass, and healthy animals thus providing you with delicious local food for your family. With your order cuts are tailored to your specifications. All animals are processed at a USDA inspected facility.

Congratulations to the Ostrander Family with their success at the Otsego County Fair winning Grand Champion Market Animal and Reserve Champion Supreme Beef with Nellie a heifer they purchased from us last fall. They have done a fantastic job getting her fed and fit this summer we cant wait to see how she does as they exhibit her more this summer!!!

Not grazing yet but gave the beef a bigger yard outside now the mud is drying up a little. They sure were excited to go out regardless! We are just about done calving the beef out.
