Not grazing yet but gave the beef a bigger yard outside now the mud is drying up a little. They sure were excited to go out regardless! We are just about done calving the beef out.

One ewe left to go before we can say lambing season is done. The lambs on the ground are growing great and looking nice 👌

Things have been busy on the farm! About 2 weeks ago lambing season started and they came consistent and healthy so we only have 3 left to go! Calves are starting to drop now as well 2 heifers to start out the beef calving season just as the sheep finish up. Its been a cold challenging winter but all these babies remind us spring is coming!

Another cold cold weekend! The animals all we okay but we are definitely looking forward to some warmer weather or at least above 0°!

Fun fact the frosted hair on our cows actually mean their internal furnaces are working! Their body heat isn't escaping caused the snow ice to melt so seeing this actually a good sign they are comfortable in the freezing cold ❄️🌬🐂

What a cold weekend! The cows and other critters didn't seem to mind all that much! Plenty of bedding, full bellies, thawed water keep everyone happy and healthy. ❄️🌨🌬
