The stand will be open tomorrow and have some new high protein items! All of these will have the macros listed on the labels also.

Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats

High protein broccoli cheddar soup

Okay yall so I have been doing some thinking and might be working on revamping my farm stand menu.

Jeremiah and I have been working on retraining ourselves on how and what we eat. We are also working on helping the boys see the difference in their choices as well. We have been dye free for years. We have been keto/low carb almost exclusively for a few years now as well. Over the last 6 months or so though, we have been trying to watch overall calories as well as increasing our protein intake. With that being said, my current farm stand baked goods are not something we really consume often anymore so having a bunch of leftover goods after a weekend of being open is getting to be too much waste for us.

As a way to try to cut back on waste, I am looking at expanding more into lower carb, lower calorie, and higher protein options but still offering some of the more popular (cheesecakes especially) options in the regular recipe. I would like some opinions on this though. Would anyone be interested in the healthier stuff (which most would end up being low sugar or sugar free as well) or do yall like the way things are now?

New towel holders. This one in the video was made for Mrs. Schofield out of the spalted maple to stay with the theme of everything else I've built for her.

These are absolutely strong enough to hold bath towels as well. Just slide the towel up in the slot, and let go. It catches and holds it. Then pull up and away to retrieve it!
