This year was pretty rough for the little homestead...

A few terrible predator attacks left me with only a few birds (both chickens and ducks). Which is why it was so hard to keep the stand stocked this year. The predator issue has been dealt with, so I hope to be back at full production next year. And hopefully the birds will all be safe again 🤞

Thanks to everyone who stopped out for eggs and hot sauce this year. Apologies to anyone who stopped and found the stand closed or empty.

Everyone's support is very much appreciated!

Here's to hoping next year goes as planned!

I'm hoping to add honey to the stand next year. I'll make a post as it gets closer to opening day for the stand.

This week is the final week I'll have the stand open. They'll be a few dozen eggs and some hot sauce available.

Good Evening everyone ! Hope you all are having a great Saturday! The stand is still closed as work goes on at the house. I plan on opening it back up this Monday of all projects are wrapped up. Thanks for your patience!

THE STAND IS OPEN!!!

We have a new addition to the stand..... PINEAPPLE MANGO HABANERO HOT SAUCE!

These are 4 oz. jars and are $8 a piece. There are 24 jars available now, with more on the way.
(I'll be making more in 2 weeks)

This is higher on the mild end of heat. Great with shrimp, chicken and pork. It even can be used as a glaze.
These jars are not sealed, and should be kept refrigerated .
I will be making some that are actually canned towards the end of the season, so you can enjoy fresh hot sauce all winter long.

Stop out to the stand and try yourself some today!

Hello everyone! It's that time of year again!! Spring time is upon us, and that means it's time for eggs and the stand! Usually I would be opening up in the next week or so, but we had some situations at the homestead that will be moving that date back a little. I'm aiming to be open by the end of the month at the latest. Sorry for the inconvenience. Looking forward to seeing you all again this year!
