Hey guys it’s me Steffi-some of you know me already. And if you don’t, well I am NO BS Kitchen. If you’ve ever had a meal from No BS Kitchen-I’m the one who made it. I created the recipe. I shopped for the ingredients and I cooked/prepared that meal. I did a little math using the data from our website and over the past 8+ years I’ve created approximately 130,000 meals. I can’t begin to tell you how very blessed I feel to have been able to feed so many people. This whole thing started in my own little kitchen meal prepping for my husband and myself-and I never imagined that I’d have the opportunity to touch so many people with my meals. It’s been a wild ride. I’ve gotten to know so many people and so much about you all too. (I’m talking to you mushroom haters who have a meltdown if a mushroom touches your plate. I know who you are) We went through a whole global pandemic together and while you quarantined yourselves inside I went out and got the food and made it and brought it to you. Wild. Every single meal I’ve ever created I did so with so much thought and love and I hope you felt that when you were eating it. But as it’s said about all things good-they all must end eventually and so I’m here to not only thank you all for all of your loyalty and support but to also tell you that we feel that it’s time for the kitchen to close. Life is short guys and food cost is high. Sure I could keep raising prices to make the business profitable but that’s not who I am at the core. So it’s just time for us to move on and take on some new adventures. And who knows where that will lead us. I certainly don’t know. I do know there’s some tiny people I’d like to spend more time with while I can. So this week will be our last week prepping here in the kitchen. Sunday sept 14th will be our last delivery day. So head to our website and get your orders in. You’ll notice a lot of items available this week-but there’s a very limited number of each so if you want something you better grab it fast before someone else does. We will continue to operate our commercial building as a shared kitchen and so if you or someone you know in the Lancaster/Berks county area are interested in renting kitchen space for a small business give us a shout and let’s chat. And lastly, if you know me you know I cant stay completely out of the kitchen so if you’re local and interested in personalized meals weekly and want to pick up at the kitchen, hit me up and we will see what we can work out.
