My name is Chris Hall and I was in the restaurant business for almost 20 years! but Cooking is still a huge passion of mine!! When I was a chef Soups, Chowders, Stews, and Chili were my specialty. At one point I Had over 1000 different recipes!! Over the years, my family and friends have benefited from my creations and have insisted that at some point I sell them. Well…..I’m finally in a position

in life where I have time to do just that!!! I currently live in the Berks County area. Although I have family and friends in all of the greater Philadelphia area. I will consistently post my inventory and will make deliveries throughout the week and on weekends. All my soups are delivered frozen, and are able to keep in a freezer for over a year. Prices and sizes will vary. I will accept multiple forms of payment including Venmo, CASHAPP, and PayPal. I’m super excited to be able to cook for people again and share my passion!!! If you have any special requests…. Just ask!!!

If there’s one thing I’ve been cooking up for as long as I can remember…. It’s my chili!!! If you’ve had it before….. you know I don’t mess around when it comes to cooking this.

I have always given my Chili a Heat Scale. 1 being not spicy and 10 being the most spicy. I love spice!! And to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever made a batch below a 5. This batch is about as spicy as can be without loosing the amazing flavor that comes with my recipe. I am labeling this batch a Solid 8.5. It’s not for the faint of heart. 😈😈😂😂🔥🔥.

With that being said….. I’ve been asked recently by a lot of my chili loving friends to make a SPICY batch. So here it is!! If you or anyone you know loves spicy stuff…. You know where to find me!

I will still be delivering…. But I will only be selling to Berks County!!!! Minimum order of $25. (I may make an exception for a very large order outside Berks).

I give to you my Homemade “Triple-B” Blackberry Bourbon Burn Hot Sauce!!! It is the perfect combination from the sweetness of the blackberries, the complexity of the bourbon and the late heat from the 17 different hot peppers used for this recipe.

If you ask me what the definition of a great “Bisque” is ….I’ll give you one word: “Silk”

It takes persistence and patience and some work…. But a great bisque has that silky smooth texture without too much pulp. This Roasted Red Pepper & Sharp Cheddar Bisque has exactly that. To top the amazing texture, the 24 month aged extra sharp Cheddar, give that perfect bite to go along with the sweet and savory taste of the Roasted Red Pepper.

Top it with some homemade croutons…..and you will be in heaven!!
