Spring/Summer share updated information:
With the continued increase in cattle pricing we are once again having a price increase this season... We have however grown our own herd to start taking control again of our own pricing. It is a long term investment and we won't see the relief for a couple years. We appreciate every customer that has stuck with us during this endless ride up, up and up. We will not have shares available every month this season... most months but not all. Please see below for the spots left for the taking. I will publish fall share information in the late spring or if you want a certain month be sure to message me and get a deposit in.
On a another note I am sad to announce that we also will not be participating in the 2026 Lake Oswego Farmers' Market ( the best market around!) We hope to be back in the near future but this year we need the time to grow. We will have our farm store open and I am still delivering every other week to most areas. Thank you to the Lake Oswego Community for all the support the last three years. You make the market so fun and have treated us so well. Please considering continuing to support us by ordering monthly or buy purchasing a bulk share this season. 2026 Share pricing is $7.50/lb on the hang weight to us the farmer.
Butcher costs are $1.15/lb for 1/2 and whole shares and $1.25/lb for 1/4 shares. Butcher fee of $150 split depending on you share size.. ( $37.50, $75 or $150.) Mt. Angel Meat Company is doing our processing again this season.
