Russellville Farm is located in Molalla, OR in an area formerly known as Russellville. Russellville cemetery still remains.

From sometime in the 1800s to the mid 1900s there was a school as well. We are a small farm growing local food & Christmas trees. Our farm is located outside of town on Foltz Rd. We have a self serve trailer in town at 405 W Main St, Molalla (currently under construction for more theft prevention measures). You can pay with cash, card, venmo or cashapp. There's a page on the egg cooler with inform

ation on how. At the farm on Foltz Rd this year, we have open hours for our choose and cut Christmas trees on Saturdays from 9am-4pm and Sundays from 1pm to 3pm. The rest of the week we are available almost anytime by "appointment" (basically a quick heads up to make sure we are around) by calling or texting 503-307-1683. We are always working to learn more about natural and regenerative practices. We are determined that we can grow local fresh vegetables year round. I can't wait to update our page to say that we do exactly that. We aim to provide locally grown, fresh, nutrient dense food to our local community.

Lea will be baking carrot cake, her friend will be there with her with some gluten free goodies and we will have our usual stuff. Rhubarb is close, but not quite ready on our farm. We have some new farms joining us. Maybe they will have some.

The market will have a planting day for kids. They can plant vegetable or flower seeds. Russellville Farm is sponsoring a Mother's Day special where you can get a free mystery lilac for your child to pot up for mom for Mother's Day. See the image for more details and varieties that you may get. You can also purchase a mystery lilac for just $5.

Come shop local for your Mother's Day gifts. This is our first outdoor market of the season. We have over 20 vendors to shop from this week. Everything from baked goods to bird houses, stained glass creations and so much more!!

I'll be at tractor supply in Molalla from 11-3 for a little farmers market they are doing today.

I'll have bread made with organic, freshly milled whole grains, Apple cinnamon muffins, jump ropes, collars, freeze dried strawberries, rhubarb plants and more.

There will be some other farm friends with goats milk soap, other baked goods and more.

Looking forward to planting another section of cover crop. It was a beautiful day to work on cleaning up so we can prep the field.
We are putting a cover crop in place for at least 2 years to rebuild the soil before we plant another round of Christmas trees. If we get that going well and keep a ground cover between the trees while they are growing, we can hopefully cut that down to 1 year between rotations in the future.
If you zoom in to the left of the barn, you can see our beautiful and tragic view of Mt St Helens. The tragic part is that Robert's uncle was in the "safe" zone when the mountain blew it's top. His uncle and aunt both died there. I can only imagine the sadness that this beautiful view brought grandma her following 20+ years she had left on this earth and on this farm that she and grandpa worked so hard to build.

So much at today's Farmer's Market!!

We've got organic freeze dried cherries, jump ropes and collars.
We also brought produce from another local farm. There's squash, kiwi, cabbage, sweet kale and more.
I didn't get my eggs together or turnips out of the field. Reach out if you'd like those another time or want to pick them up at the market, but near the end of market.
There are also vendors with local yarn and fiber products, honey, jerky, jams, pickles, breads, sourdough and jalapeno cheese, soaps and so much more!!
