We’re excited to announce that USDA processed beef is now available from a steer born and raised right here in Molalla on our farm.

This beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on pasture with care from start to finish.

From our fields to your family’s table — we’re grateful to provide locally raised beef.

We’re thrilled to share that our first Duroc piglets have officially arrived on the farm. Both mommas decided to give birth on the same day!
Everyone is healthy, mamas are doing great, and the barn is officially full of tiny red piglets and big smiles. This was a huge milestone for us, and we couldn’t be more thrilled (and a little sleep-deprived 😅).
Duroc’s are known for their hardiness, great temperament, and amazing meat quality. Some of these will be making appearances at county fairs across Oregon and we’re so proud to be starting this journey with them.

Farm fun fact, one of the butcher pork breeds we raise…

Gloucestershire Old Spot, an old English heritage pig Why we love them…Known for being gentle, docile, and intelligent and the best part of all- The breed is dual-purpose, historically raised for both flavorful pork and lard. Their meat is known for being flavorful, with good marbling and fat content. February is the next butcher day, stay tuned.
This breed is considered critically endangered, but preservation efforts are helping to keep the breed alive and we are more than happy to do our part to keep this wonderful breed around.

The farm continues to grow, we are very blessed to introduce 3 new State and County award winning gilts to bring us high quality piglets. We love being able to offer meat that is born and raised on our farm, we are with them every step of the way and take an almost artisan approach to raising quality meat as well as raising show pigs for the boys and our local community.
