Hey there! Hope the holidays were amazing for you all. Hoping 2024 is an amazing year for everyone!

A new year always brings new ambitions, outlooks and resolutions.
I will try my best to help if the resolution to eat better is on your list of to dos.

This week menu is:

Pork chop-boneless 6 oz baked in a rich creamy sauce w mushrooms and onions served over egg noodles.

Sloppy Jo-ground beef w a variety of spices and sauce served on a bun w a side of potato salad.

Chicken tacos-seasoned shredded chicken steeped in rich flavors served w rice and beans. Corn or flour tortillas.

If you are looking for healthier options:

Pork chop-baked and served w steamed vegetables. I also have salads available-Cranberry feta or Caesar. Add some shredded chicken to them for extra protein.

As always, thank you for taking a peek. Ordering starts from 7am-7pm Thursday and again 7am-12pm Friday.

Hello! Happy Thursday to you all!

The menu this week has all bases covered-sweet,savory,spicy and special.

Savory-6 ounce boneless pork chop w a sweet apple dressing.

Sweet-Hawaiian Chicken-tender chicken pieces marinated in a pineapple sugar glaze and rice

Spicy-Chili Relleno-poblano pepper stuffed with cheese dipped in egg batter and then fried to a golden brown and topped w a red sauce. (mild spice level)

Special-Lobster Ravioli with spinach and tomatoes in a rich alfredo sauce. Great all on its own, but today, you can pair it with a 4 ounce sirloin for an additional $5.00 (only will have 12 steaks that can be purchased, so order early).

Because of how the holidays are falling this year, and people traveling and having guests staying with them, this will be my last menu till January 4th.

Thank you to everyone who has placed orders with me. Given me advice. Gave their feedback. Referred me to friends and family. I am so grateful for everything and everyone!

Happy Thursday! Todays menu has family favorites-hope you enjoy!

Ribs and kraut-country ribs, kraut and potatoes slow cooked together.

Beef enchiladas-seasoned beef rolled up and then topped w sauce and cheese.

Chicken and dumplings- chicken and veggies layered in a rich gravy and topped topped w a soft dumpling.

Todays soup is a black bean and sausage-this is loaded w flavor from spices, sausage and veggies. It will add a lil kick to your day!
