Fresh jalapeño & sharp cheddar mini round loaf🌶️
Am I the only person that could eat this entire thing in one sitting? I have no self control 🫣

I like to make mini-mini loaves when I bake bread, really…a tester when I bake anything. I do this for quality assurance, I used to work in a bakery in Pensacola and sometimes when you make everything homemade, things just happen that lead to baked goods not tasting the best. Better to have one be bad than 12. The last pic is the inside of my mini-mini loaf! So cheesy and delicious!

*a mini loaf like this with add-ins is 5$. Any loaf can be made mini. It will feed 4 but I would not use it as a sandwhich bread, more so a bread to use as a side with a meal.

How do y’all feel about crawfish bread? Making gumbo for my family today, going to try it out with the leftover crawfish tails. Might make a few extra - let me know if you are interested! It will be made with homemade sourdough, so depending on the rising process it may not be done until late tonight/first thing tomorrow! 🦞🍴 send me a message if you’d like to reserve a loaf! Homemade supreme pizza with whole wheat pizza crust…personally, I like it crispy 🤓 my fiancé is the opposite! It drives me crazy but hey, the bright side is- you can always pop half of the pizza in the oven a little longer if you’re like us and have differing tastes!

*According to Florida food cottage laws I cannot sell an entire freshly made pizza. Sorry guys. This is pre-made dough only. Hopefully some day we will have a commercial kitchen to sell these types of goodies in Molino!*

Sorry I have been MIA lately, friends! At the beginning of May I broke both bones in my lower leg. I had to have two different surgeries to fix the bones, and have been wearing a walking boot since. Fingers crossed I’ll be out of the walking boot soon. It’s been a long summer, but I discovered the Molino community center, our wonderful library, have been taking my kiddos to play at the park, and reading some good books lately. Even though I have found ways to stay busy, I am getting stir crazy..which for me means spending a whole bunch of time in the kitchen! Keep your eyes peeled for some Halloween-themed 🎃 👻 cookie boxes, I’ll be compiling ideas and creating some boxes later this week. Perfect for grade school or home Halloween parties, or just a little treat to keep on the counter for your lovely family ✨
