We’ve got a little extra milk this week, which means it’s the perfect time to stock up!

Fresh raw cow milk — $12/gallon
Few days old — $10/gallon

Older milk is still perfectly good and is a great option if you’ve been wanting to try your hand at making butter, cheese, yogurt, or other homemade goodies!

How to order: Just send us a message to claim what you’d like! Once your order is confirmed, we will confirm a good day and time for pick up.

Pickup is easy and convenient at the farm. Your order will be labeled and waiting for you in our pickup fridge, so you can swing by when it works for you.

New customers receive their first jar free! After that, we ask that you bring back a clean jar to exchange with each refill. No jar to exchange? No problem, just add $3 per jar.

Saint Nick visited our friend Sophie this weekend for his banding appointment. Nick may be the cutest little guy ever, but with his small stature, he isn’t the best fit for a breeding program.

The good news? He’s the perfect pocket pet and companion for our breeding boys and yard crew sheep! So while Nick may be losing a little manhood, he’s gaining a lifetime of cuddles and love, without the risk of becoming a stinky buck.

Seems like a pretty fair trade… unless you ask Nick.

We did it!! We hit 2k this afternoon. And we couldn’t have done it without the support of our family and friends.

We’ve got a fresh lineup of beef and pork, raised right here at Panzik Acres and ready to head to your freezer. From the cuts you know you love to a few things that may have you planning dinner a little differently this week.

🐖 Pork is from shire cross breeds

No antibiotics or hormones.

We source spent grain from breweries and incorporate it into our pigs’ diet. After the brewing process, the grain still contains valuable nutrients, including protein, fiber, and energy - making it a great supplemental feed for our pigs.

For us, it’s about more than just feeding pigs.

It means:
• Supporting another local business
• Keeping a useful byproduct out of the waste stream
• Giving our pigs a nutritious addition to their diet
• Keeping more of what we feed our animals sourced locally
• Creating a more sustainable farm-to-table cycle right here in our community

The brewery gets a use for a valuable byproduct. Our pigs get an extra source of nutrition. And we get to keep strengthening the local food system.

That’s the kind of full-circle farming we love at Panzik Acres.
