The Air Show menu is here! 🔥

We’ve simplified our menu this year so we can keep that line moving FAST, and we’ve increased our capacity in a BIG way so we’re ready to serve a whole lot of you!

You can still count on the same slow-smoked Texas BBQ, USDA Prime brisket, and big Lost Texan flavor—we’ve just made a few changes so we can get you through the line faster and back to enjoying the show!

We’ll be there Saturday AND Sunday! Gates open at 9:00 AM, the air show begins at 11:00 AM, and the Blue Angels fly at 3:00 PM. 💙💛

You’ll find us just to the left as you come through the main entrance.

The Blue Angels are bringing the thunder to Billings, and Lost Texan is bringing the BBQ!

We’ll be at the Yellowstone International Air Show Saturday AND Sunday! Find us just inside the main entrance on the LEFT. 🤠

If you were there last time, you might remember the INSANE line at Lost Texan! We were blown away by the crowd, and this year we’re coming even better prepared.

We’ve streamlined our Air Show menu so we can serve you much faster, and our new pit, “Bubba”, has seriously increased our cooking capacity. That means more BBQ, faster service—and still the same USDA Prime brisket and quality you expect from Lost Texan.

We kept talking about this one.

What if we took two things we really love — slow-smoked Texas BBQ and my Momma’s pimento & cheese — and put them together?

We put our own little spin on the pimento & cheese with our BBQ rub and kept thinking… surely this would be good piled on our brisket.

So we finally made it for our family to try.

Y’all. 🤤

Smoky goodness + Southern comfort. It was even better than we imagined. We decided we just had to share it with you.

Today’s the day! 🤍

The smoker’s been rolling, and we’re getting everything ready to serve up Texas-style BBQ for a beautiful wedding.

We can’t always say yes to weddings, but when we’re able to, we love being a small part of such a special day. It’s an honor to help celebrate one of life’s biggest moments with good food.

Congratulations to the happy couple! We hope today is every bit as beautiful as you’ve dreamed. ❤️

The Lost Texan won’t be serving today, but we’ve got the best reason! ☺️

We’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of our very first granddaughter! She was due last week, so we’re on baby watch and spending this time with our family as we wait to meet our newest little blessing.

We’d love it if you’d join us in praying for a safe delivery, a healthy Momma and baby, and for God’s peace and presence to surround them.

We’ll be back on July 4th at Celebrate Freedom Billings to celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday and serve up some Texas barbecue!

One of our favorite things about events like this is getting to serve alongside other hardworking local food vendors. There’s plenty of good food, good people, and small-town Montana hospitality waiting for you in Lavina today. We’re grateful to be part of such a great lineup! 🤠❤️
