The rumors are true.. we will not be processing deer in terms of full processing or deboning.

We WILL accept deboned meat. (Tag necessary)
Bring in deboned meat for us to grind. We will add beef fat, pork trim or bacon if you’d like.
Grinding and freezer wrapping in 1 or 2 pound packages for $1.99 per lb.

We will make breakfast sausage, bratwurst or mild Italian sausage for $50 per batch. One batch requires 8 lbs venison with 3 lbs of pork that we supply.

We will still be taking product to Chenoa to make smoked slim Jim’s. Flavors pictured below

Our pork tenderloin sandwich. We put some WORK into these bad boys. Pounded out, hand breaded and then deep fried to perfection 🤤
