Currently closed to the public. Small family owned farm in Moncks Corner M.C. Cannon Farms farms in located in Berkeley County, SC just inland of Charleston.

The farm has become what it is today through my Grandfather's interest of cattle, My Father's interest of row crops and now my interest of vegetables. We are currently mainly a Row Crop and Cattle operation, with a little vegetables. Over the years to come i wish to increase our vegetables production as demand and resources allow; serving the low county with high quality local produce. We currentl

y raise pastured poultry and beef cattle. We feed our animals a heathy balanced ration of feed to supplement thier pasture based diet as seasonally and naturally necessary. We believe that animals that are raise on a balanced and complete diet inturn provide healthy and nutritious food. Our feeds are ground on farm and local sourced. Please feel free the to ask any questians about our animals. We currently sale at the Johns Island Home Grown market (Saturdays 10AM-2PM) and the Farmer Market in Summerville (Saturdays 8AM-1PM)

Lyme Disease Awareness
May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month
Lyme disease and other tick borne illnesses can have lasting consequences for adults, children, and pets. This week we will cover Lyme & Tick Borne Illness info that you need to know to protect your family.
Here’s What You Need to Know
🌿It is Not Rare- The number of Lyme and tick borne infections are on the rise with some officials citing over 300,000 people contracting Lyme alone yearly!!
🌿Tick Borne Illness- When a tick bites you it can infect you with any number of tick borne illnesses. Some people contract a combination of tick borne disease or co-infections from a single bite. Ex: Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick Fever, Anaplasmosis, Relapsing Tick Fever, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Bartonella, Mycoplasma, and the newly emerging Alpha-gal syndrome
🌿Prevention- Lyme and tick borne diseases are easier to prevent than to treat! Simple steps like wearing long clothes, tucking pants into socks, and treating pets with preventatives pay off during tick season.
🌿Inadequate Testing- Testing for Lyme disease and tick borne illnesses are largely inaccurate resulting in false negatives. This delays treatment and leaves many to suffer without answers.
🌿Multisystem Chronic Illness- Lyme can affect any system in the body. It has an affinity for the brain, joint, and heart causing neurological, joint pain, and cardiac symptoms. Similar to ‘long-haul’ covid a number of people with Lyme will be left with ongoing, unexplainable, often debilitating symptoms.
🌿Herbal Support- Many Lyme warriors, including myself, have found healing in herbal support. After spending years suffering and wasting tons of $$ on ‘Lyme Protocols’ I discovered that healing is best supported in an individualized manner. Now I help others with chronic illness and Lyme design their own plan in my Herbal Lyme Support Coaching Sessions.
