Dear Customers,
I came down with the Mast Cell Activation Syndrome ( MCAS)
This disorder causes the body to react (as if it is an allergic reaction) to any odors.
If I smell something good or bad, my body reacts the same.
My doctor tells me that I cannot currently sell food in my food truck because it will cause me severe pain.
As always, I am working diligently to overcome the MCAS
I apologize that I will not be able to cook this summer.
