Jersey Settlement

Jersey Settlement Jersey Settlement is a small, family-owned farm in Forward Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. We are raising the fifth generation on the farm now.

Much of the land we farm has been in our family for four generations. Our grass-fed beef and lamb are all born and raised on the farm. They have access to high-quality pasture and minerals and are fed hay for a few months over winter. We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics. All of our pastures are rotational grazed and the cattle have continuous access to clean spring water via our system of

underground water lines and float valves. To ensure optimum flavor, the beef are a mix of Red Devon and Black Angus. Devon are renowned for their ability to finish well on an all forage diet. If you want to know where your beef comes from, contact us to schedule a visit to the farm!
