I’ve always been curious how much we produce from our garden so this year I have been keeping track when I remember. So far this year between our garden and berry harvest we have got 165lbs of fruits and veggies plus 24 artichokes from our property. Not including all the snacking, salads and apple treats for the cows! Pretty impressive when you put it on paper

Casually starting to advertise next years butcher date, we are aiming for mid April-Early May, we will have an official date once it gets closer.

We have two whole steers available in 1/4,1/2 or whole and they will be butchered at the prime age of 22-23 months of age.

All our animals are born and raised on the farm, free roaming pasture raised, hormone free, no antibiotics unless necessary, grass fed and grain seasoned to create a nice lean meat with just the right amount of marbling without the gamey taste of a pure grass fed beef. We treat all our animals, steers included with the upmost care and kindness during their entire duration with us.

Our pricing is not the cheapest out there as unfortunately our costs are very high but I’m always happy to point you to another local farmer too! Feel free to message us for more details.
