Shaw Coggin is opening for Colin Cutler this Saturday at David’s 105, and we’re so glad to have him back. A local area songwriter worth catching now if you don’t know his music yet. This is Shaw performing his original song “Stranger” in the room, and it’s one of my favorites off his new album Front Page News.

We’re bringing a great double bill to David’s 105 Listening Room in Monroe, GA on Saturday, June 6: Adam McCorkle with Tom Dickenson + Kendall Levesque.

Adam McCorkle brings a set shaped by country, classic rock, outlaw country, pop, and country-rock influences, joined by Tom Dickenson on percussion for a performance with extra rhythm and energy in the room. Sharing the bill, Augusta-based singer-songwriter Kendall Levesque brings a country, Americana, folk, and acoustic rock sound built around storytelling, originals, and familiar covers.

Join us for a night of familiar favorites, a few originals, strong musicianship, and close-up live music in Downtown Monroe.

Some bands just sound right in a room built for listening, and Terraplane Blue is one of them.

This Georgia blues trio, led by guitarist Doug Peters along with John Straw on bass & Dean Johnston on drums, brings original songs, blues, and blues-rock to our stage on Friday, July 10 at David’s 105.
