Geary Farms Beef is looking for a friendly, dependable, slightly funny human to join our very busy little operation.
You’ll be meeting and helping customers, answering messages and requests, keeping beef-pickup weeks running smoothly, and helping care for our cattle and other farm animals.
Basically: part customer-service superstar, part farm hand, part “where did Amanda put that cut sheet?” detective.
What we need:
• Customer-service experience and a genuinely friendly personality
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable in chaos
• A strong “I’ll figure it out” instinct, we need a helper, not someone who needs a play-by-play for every task
• A sense of humor, because we work hard but do laugh a lot
• Comfortable around animals, mud, hair, and occasional farm surprises
• Able to lift and move up to 300 50-lb beef boxes in and out of our freezers during our once-a-month pickup weeks
• No drugs, no drama, no nonsense, and no disappearing when there is actual work to do 🤠
There may be some work-from-home customer-service opportunities in the future for the right person.
