Truck Driving Career!

Simpson's Eggs is looking for a full-time truck driver to join our work family. Applicants must have a Class A CDL license, be able to lift 50+ lbs, and operate a manual pallet jack, moving pallets of eggs.

This opening is for a route driver that typically operates four days per week, delivering eggs to grocery stores and wholesale food service companies.

This is a local job, allowing you to be home every night! A typical week is approximately 45 hours, with other opportunities available for more hours, if interested, while still having the ability to spend every night in your own bed.

Simpson Family Farms is looking for an experienced farm equipment operator to join our team. Duties include operation and maintenance of all types of large-scale farm equipment used on a row crop operation. Various other farm jobs will be involved when there are no large equipment operations going on. It’s farming, so hours are crazy at certain times of the year and more normal at other times. Anyone with the experience we are looking for will know all about the hours involved in this type of work. Drivers license required, Class A license preferred. Pay is 100% based on experience. Simpson’s Eggs is looking for a PART TIME administrative assistant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilize their clerical background and make a difference on our family-owned farm.

This position will be roughly 25 hours per week, 8am-1pm. It will consist of multiple clerical duties such as answering phones in a professional manner, support incoming vendors/customers, email correspondence, scanning, and filing among other duties. Excel knowledge is required and Microsoft Office experience is highly preferred. The right person should possess great attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.

Job Opening – Maintenance Manager at Simpson’s Eggs!

Simpson’s Eggs, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Egg Processing facility. Please note this is not an entry level position.

Individual must have knowledge and experience in both electronic systems and mechanics. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of our Egg Processing machinery and facility. He/She is also responsible for keeping an appropriate parts inventory and organized workspace. Degree and/or past work experience in related field is absolutely required.

The position requires 5 days/week, rotating weekends, and “on-call” for critical issues. Ideally this is an early first-shift position, working a few hours before start-up at 7am and leaving shortly after lunch.

On Monday afternoon, Simpson's Eggs lost a valuable member or our team, and therefore a member of our family. William (Bill) Ferrioli served as our Plant Maintenance Manager since 2008. He will be missed by all of us here as an employee, co-worker, and friend. Bill was a devoted father to his children. His youngest son, Nick, has earned a spot in all our hearts as he occasionally came to work with his dad to "help."

We are looking for new employees to be a part of our growing egg family and work in our processing plant, the farm or as a truck loader.

Pay begins at $15.50/hour.

If you need a consistent weekly paycheck, here is where you need to be!

The processing plant positions and our farm positions are first shift and no experience is necessary. These positions operate 6 days a week and allow for extra hours! Truck loaders work 4 days a week, mainly second shift. Loaders typically work on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Employees will be working on their feet and may be needed to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Plenty of breaks are scattered throughout each day.

We are hiring for a Grounds Maintenance position starting immediately. Mowing, spraying, and driveway upkeep are the main responsibilities, as well as maintaining the associated equipment. This is a full time position and hours are still available on bad weather days.

Experience with grounds maintenance preferred. Valid driver's license required as we have several locations to maintain.

This position can easily transition to overall property management that would include light grading and farm equipment operation.
