The Belgian Golden Strong came out to a hefty 9.1%. It's extremely tasty and I'll need to remember to drink it in small increments..... ha!

Pitched my IPA wort onto a Scottish Ale yeast cake. It's safe to say the wort and yeast liked each other... a little too much!

Brewing on a Tuesday night. This beer is going to be called "eyeball IPA" .. my digital scale batteries are dead, so I'm eyeballing the hops: Nugget bitter and 3 late Centennial additions. Yummo.
