September is kicking off properly: cold beer, great food, questionable trivia knowledge, crafts, dogs, and whatever kind of magic happens when you put all of those things in the same taproom.

WEDNESDAY
Mug Club Wednesday + Casa Birria
Tacos, quesadillas, cold beer. Your Wednesday has officially been rescued.

THURSDAY
KogemeYa Japanese Food all night
Music Bingo at 6PM
Name that tune, fill that card, win yourself some beer tokens.

FRIDAY
KogemeYa is BACK
Start the weekend with Japanese street food, fresh Apex beer, and absolutely no reason to rush home.

SATURDAY
Stitch & Bitch: 1–4PM
Yappy Hour: 2–4PM
Practical Magic–Inspired Faux Spell Book Sip & Craft: 3–5PM

Bring your yarn. Bring your dog. Bring your coven. Saturday is getting weird in exactly the right way.

SUNDAY
Boardwalk on Wheels: 1–6PM
Regular Bingo: 3–5PM
1-3PM $5 Kölsch Pints

Boardwalk food, Apex beer, and a few hours of proving to your friends that all those completely useless facts rattling around in your head were actually an investment.

Five days. Plenty of beer. Plenty of reasons to get out of the house.

Sunday Trivia at Apex kicks off at 3PM, hosted by John! Categories include Canada, Tim Curry, Dolly Parton Music & General Knowledge.

And because thinking requires fuel, Roll&Win Sushi is here from 1–6PM rolling up the good stuff all afternoon.

Grab your team, grab some sushi, grab an Apex beer and prepare to confidently argue over an answer that someone at the table absolutely swears is correct.

Sushi + beer + Trivia Sunday.

It's basically brain exercise, so technically you're being productive.

Saturday at Apex is apparently trying to fit an entire weekend into one day.

Stitch & Bitch gets things started from 1–4PM. Bring whatever you're working on, grab a beer and hang with some fellow crafty humans.

Yappy Hour runs 2–4PM, so bring your well-behaved four-legged drinking buddy along for some taproom time.

KogemeYa Japanese Food joins the party from 4–10PM with Japanese street food.

Then at 9PM, we make some questionable decisions with microphones because it's KARAOKE NIGHT.

Crafts. Dogs. Japanese food. Apex beer. Karaoke.

This is either extremely well planned or complete chaos. Either way, we're into it.

No bingo. No trivia. No homework.

Just good food, cold beer and a Friday night in the taproom.

Thursday night plans have entered the chat.

Roll&Win Sushi is rolling into Apex from 4–9PM, and Music Bingo kicks off at 6PM!

Grab some sushi, grab an Apex beer, and put all those years of knowing songs within the first three seconds to actual use. Music Bingo is free to play, mildly competitive and considerably more fun with a beer in your hand.

Sushi. Beer. Music Bingo. Thursday is doing some heavy lifting this week.

This week at Apex Brewery is absolutely stacked, so consider this your official excuse to avoid being productive.

WEDNESDAY: Mug Club Wednesday + Casa Birria Taco Truck from 4–9PM. Tacos and beer. We have once again solved Wednesday.

THURSDAY: Roll&Win Sushi is here from 4–9PM, and Music Bingo kicks off at 6PM. Listen to songs, mark some squares, win beer tokens, pretend your questionable music knowledge is finally useful.

FRIDAY: KogemeYa Japanese Food rolls in from 5–9PM with Japanese street food to properly kick off the weekend.

SATURDAY: We’re going full Apex. Stitch & Bitch from 1–4PM, Yappy Hour from 2–4PM, KogemeYa from 4–10PM, and then August Karaoke Night kicks off at 9PM. Crafts. Dogs. Japanese food. Beer. Questionable singing decisions. Saturday understood the assignment.

SUNDAY: Roll&Win Sushi is back from 1–6PM, and Trivia takes over the taproom at 3PM. Grab your smartest friends - or at least the friends who confidently shout answers - and finish the weekend properly.

Five days. A ridiculous amount of food. Games, dogs, crafts, karaoke, trivia and plenty of Apex beer.

Halfpint takes over at 3PM with this week's collection of things you definitely know until someone asks you about them, including Baseball, Marvel Comic Characters, Songs Written for Movies, and General Knowledge.

And because thinking requires tacos, Casa Birria rolls in at 2PM serving up their ridiculously delicious tacos and more.

Grab your smartest friends (or at least the friends who confidently yell answers), get some tacos, grab a beer, and let's make a Sunday out of it.
