Incredible Harvest Friday Aug 24, ton of grapes off 700 vines harvested between 8 AM and 12 PM. Over 200 gallons are now fermenting nicely with very high sugar levels Brix 25-28 vs 2011 harvest of 21 Brix and 1600+lbs. Bottling last years Port, Red and Blush this week.
