The chickens are all molting and have stopped laying (except for 1 hen) so probably not much happening around here until February when everybody typically starts back up.
I have one last incubator full of Ameraucana eggs with staggered hatches starting next weekend.
I’ll be starting a waitlist for Sebastopol goose eggs & goslings at some point in November, and may also start a waitlist for Chocolate Ameraucanas & Chocolate Ermine Ameraucanas, but i haven’t figured that out yet, when i do I’ll post details. 🤓

Their feathers are almost back in full bloom after breeding season + molt took its toll, maybe 1 more week on the ganders. Will have lots of hatching eggs & goslings available in 2027, breeding season usually starts in Feb. 🎉

My darkest chocolate ermine pullet. She’s SO dark brown i just had to bring her in the sun to make sure i wasn’t hallucinating. I like the lighter chocolate much better, no offense to her. Going to try to breed more for that if possible.

*Claimed* If anybody wants eggs pm me, i can do half dozens right now just not full dozens because some girls are molting. I’ve been hatching weekly per usual so i keep a close eye on fertility and it’s been great. For half dozens I send 7 eggs.

Had a last minute cancellation so have 3 half dozens of the following ready to 🚢 out tomorrow!
