I know some of you have been with me since I started my small business 8 years ago. Canning and sauces was the main reason I started and actually what I love making the most. So as I’m trying to get back into that I decided to make homemade birria sauce. Typically you make the sauce with Beef that you are cooking, however I just needed the sauce this time. Also this can easily be a vegan sauce as well. ( mine was not though ) And it turned out so good 😋

I always enjoy organizing my canned food cabinet at the beginning of a canning season ( I just started today ☺️), this was my late Maw-Maw Browns , and I know she would love it. So today I started with sweet & spicy pickled baby corn , I have a big pot of tomatoes ready to can, and we put back 10 pints worth of fresh Lima beans in the freezer. I hate being hot, but this time of year I do love our garden , produce markets, and canning ❤️
